After a lengthy absence pursuing other projects, I've decided to return to blogging. I'm looking forward to doing what I can. Although, might I say that John Kerry's decision not to run again for President is a great disappointment to me. He is a one-man fodder machine.
On the bright side, so are the rest of the Dems. (And please, oh please, let Algore decide to run again!) So there will be no shortage of ammo. Biden, for instance, should drop out now. After his expressed shock at the existence of an intelligent, clean black man, he doesn't deserve serious consideration. (Of course, were he a Republican, the media would have executed him by now.) In any event, he's got to know that, in spite of the pandering MSM's decision to ignore his racist comment, it's going to come back to haunt him. Even Kerry was smart enough to (eventually) realize that his "botched joke" presented an insuperable obstacle to his winning. But don't give Kerry too much credit - he ought to have realized that his "I actually did vote for the $87 billion before I voted against it" cemented his doom last time, and he didn't. But at least the second time through he gets it.
